Troy's connection to the mortgage industry began early. Growing up in Shreveport, Louisiana, he spent summers and evenings working for his mother's company, Jean Fore Mortgage, where he developed an appreciation for both the business and the relationships at the heart of it. After graduating from college, he began his own mortgage career in 1985 with Lomas & Nettleton Mortgage in Fort Worth, Texas.

Over the next four decades, Troy built a reputation as both a respected industry leader and a champion for exceptional customer service. In 1994, he was selected to lead Overton Bank Mortgage, where he assembled one of the region's most successful mortgage teams. In 2000, he co-founded 4Trust Mortgage and served as President until the company was acquired by First Financial Bank in 2015. Following the acquisition, Troy continued to lead the mortgage division as President of First Financial Bank until joining Park Hollow Mortgage in 2026.

Troy is passionate about building high-performing teams that put clients first. He firmly believes that homeownership is one of the most meaningful investments a person can make, not only as a place to create lasting memories, but also as a powerful tool for building long-term financial security. Helping families achieve that goal and guiding clients through important life milestones continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of his work.

Outside of the office, Troy enjoys spending time at his family farm, being outdoors, and celebrating life with family
and friends.
